Sabby Lobster Catering was founded by Ricardo Salas and Sergio Fernandez, residents of Napa Valley.
With many years of experience working around great food and wine, we created our own catering company devoted to providing great service and excellent food.
We have one simple goal at Sabby Lobster Catering. That is for you and your guest to enjoy the celebration while we take care of the rest.
Ricardo has been working as a chef for more than a decade in the Napa area acquiring experience as a main chef for catering companies such as Sorensen, and Menegon. His dream was to create a catering company that provided a marvelous experience serving food with truly rich and unique flavors.
Sergio has been involved in the wine industry since graduating high school. His passion and talent for wine making lead him to create his own brand, Don Chalo Cellars. As a business man he shared the same vision as Ricardo and joined him in this fabulous journey of providing delicious food and an unforgettable experience for customers.
